Renegotiating dreams 2

Turkey felt uneasy, he could have sworn he was being watched. He turned around quickly, but there was nothing on the street but some guy with a briefcase walking in the opposite direction. Turkey scanned the street carefully but could see nothing. He turned back around and kept heading for home, blaming the feeling on mere paranoia. He walked up his driveway and stopped in front of his door. He fumbled around in his hoodie pocket for his keys, pulled them out, unlocked the door, and stepped inside. Gosh he felt tired, that meeting had been boring, and it had been way more difficult than it should have been to get back home. He walked into his living room and slumped on the couch. It wasn't very long until he fell asleep, unaware of a pair of violet eyes observing him.

Russia hadn't had this much fun since he had stalked China back during World War Two. Although Turkey was a bit more....alert than China had been. There had been a point where Turkey had turned around suddenly, forcing Russia to dive behind a bush drawing an odd stare or two. But that was alright, Russia liked a challenge. He kept a bit more covert than he had been and followed Turkey at a distance. He watched as Turkey walked up to a Dark green house, opened the door with a key, and walked inside. Russia walked up to the house casually, taking his time to observe the house and its surroundings. When he got up to the door he noticed a mailbox next to it. There was an envelope sticking out slightly. Curious, Russia pulled out the envelope and looked at it. The recipient was listed as "Sadiq Adnan". Russia smiled slightly, well now he knew his human name. Pocketing the envelope Russia reached for the door handle. Feeling it turn easily he smirked, Turkey hadn't even bothered to lock it. Walking into the main hallway, Russia stopped to admire the house. It really was a interesting looking little place, although perhaps a bit messy. He walked a bit further in and noticed an opening to the left. It opened into a living room and there, resting on the couch, was Turkey. Russia walked into the living room and stopped in front of the couch. He almost chuckled, the guy was still wearing that mask. Russia wondered once again why he bothered wearing it. Well, he might as well satisfy his curiosity. He reached down slowly and tugged on the edge of the mask. Turkey shifted slightly causing Russia to pause. He decided to be a little more careful, pulling the mask off very slowly. There! He had it off. Russia stared down at Turkey's face expecting perhaps some sort of deformity. What met his eyes was quite the opposite. Turkey's face was actually quite.....good looking. Which confused Russia even further. Why wear the mask then? Russia just stayed there staring at Turkey for a while. Slightly tanned skin, a strong jawline, perfectly straight nose, Turkey had quite a few admirable qualities. Russia was almost stunned with himself at how attractive he was finding Turkey at the moment. Shaking his head suddenly he turned away. It was very strange, this was turning out to be more interesting than he would have first guessed. Returning the mask to its owner's face, Russia walked out to the kitchen and sat in a chair thinking hard. His heart was thumping slightly, well that was very interesting. He vaguely remembered reading something about a feeling similar to this. What was it called again? He rested his head on his head. A crush? Yes, that's what it was called he believed. He'd developed a crush on the medditeranean nation? "Well that was fast" Russia mused to himself. A crush huh? Now how to deal with this new set of circumstances.....

Turkey woke up slowly. Ouch, his back hurt. That's what he got for sleeping like that. He stood up slowly cracking his back. He was getting old, that sucked. Ah well he was hungry. He walked out into the kitchen and froze noticing someone sitting in one of the chairs. Russia....Russia was sitting in his kitchen, head on his hand, smiling at him. Turkey felt like he'd just walked into an episode of the twilight zone, and he definitely wasn't expecting what was coming next. "Greetings
котенок, How are you this afternoon?"

Turkey stared at Russia for a minute, this was absolutely surreal. Why was he in his house? What did he just call him? "Why.....are you in my house?" Turkey managed to get out after much brain struggling.

"I wanted to see you!" Russia said still smiling cheerily. Unbeknownst to Turkey, Russia had decided that he gets what he wants, no matter how difficult the process.

Turkey was starting to get a little ticked however "Listen Brat, i'm tired and I don't have time for kids running around bothering me because they find it funny." Russia's eyes widened. Well, well, well, it seems as if Turkey was willing to stand up to him. That was quite a rarity. Russia admired the fact that he didn't seem frightened at all by him being in his kitchen, just agitated.

Russia giggled slightly, causing Turkey to falter a bit "But I didn't come here because I find this funny~." Ok that was a slight lie, he had at first. But now he was trying to get Turkey's attention. He had no real idea what he was doing anymore. He supposed America would call it 'winging it'. He wasn't sure how to deal with a crush at all. So he just smiled tilting his head slightly.

Turkey crossed his arms. "Oh, then why are you here?" Russia stood up and crossed the kitchen to stand in front of Turkey still smiling. Turkey had to stop himself from taking a step back. Dang, Russia was tall Turkey thought looking up at the Northern nation.

"I am here, because I am interested in you"
